I purchased $700 worth of coins May 18th. Today is the 29th, and my order (online) is still showing "awaiting fulfillment". When I called the office, I got a salesman's cell phone. He explained that there was no one in the office today because the salesmen had had an incentive to get off early today, and they met the incentive, so everyone went home, and transferred the office phones to his cell phone. Since he did not have 'remote' access to the company computer, he could give me no info about my order. Sounds exactly like what you might expect from a scam operation in Beaumont, Texas. Buyer, beware!

The salesmen lie and over value the coins and coin sets. I was told there were less than 15 sets produced that were signed. After doing investigation on my own there are over 30. They valued them almost double of the true value. I will never do business with them and i will tell everyone i know in the numismatic community not to trust them

Called me, told me they had a deal on a 2011(s)silver eagle ms69 ngc. $88 told me it was selling online for $120 bought 2 coins. Got them today in the mail. Started googling the coin only to see it is selling for less then $40 on many websites. Like golden coins . I called the nice guy that called me,all of a sudden was unaware how any one could make money selling it for that much money. I told him if he wants to keep me as a customer I will see money credited to my credit card.

I've bought from these guys before, nothing wrong with the purchase. Exactly as described and a good price. I noticed a few missed calls from a Beaumont, Texas number over the last week or so and just answered one when it came in. The sales guy took about 4 minutes to get to his ask and then suggested I buy a 2014 $10 gold coin. I was polite until the 3rd time I told him I wasn't interested, then I told him that I was now 7 minutes into a call in which I wasn't going to purchase and only hadn't hung up because I was trying to be polite. Then he hung up. Interesting sales tactic... I'll be ignoring those Beaumont, Texas calls from now on.

My father was killed in 2022. As I am just now going through the paperwork from this company I am finding that this company was charging my father extreme amounts of money and I am livid. For example, charging someone 1,990.00 for a 5 coin set (silver eagles) that lists on the greysheet today for 618.00, and I won't even mention what it was in July of 2020 when the transaction was made its absolute fraud. This is just 1 small example as I have much more extreme items of proof. Do not buy from these . Joey Manuel was the main representative.
