First off I want to commend their excellent customer service. I bought a ring in 2020 for a reasonable price that I was completely in love with later on the ring got stolen in Miami. I found the ring at a pawn shop in Atlanta. I had to provide proof that I bought the ring. I contacted the jewelry store today six years later and they still had a copy of my receipt and even remember the transaction Victor and Erwin The manager are excellent. I appreciate them so much much for all your jewelry needs. besides all the drama, they have very nice jewelry there at a reasonable price

Not returning to this place. It used to be my go to for watch repairs. This past experience horrible. I had 2 costume (fake) bracelets repaired. When I arrived host asked if I knew my gold was fake. Of course I know. I bought it and I’m actually allergic to fake jewelry after some days. I have fake jewelry for my nightclub job. To repair my fake bracelets were 35$ each. I asked the host was so much for cheap jewelry repair. I was told “that’s was the repair guy said” I really should’ve left them there but I paid for horrible service. One of the bracelets broke on my way home!! I only paid for service because I thought these bracelets were discontinued. I was better off just buying new ones. I’ll never step foot in this place again. I hope the owner is aware of this foolishness

Karen has been my go to for anything needed jewelry for over 25 years. I bought multiple diamond rings, diamond necklaces, watches and earrings if she didn’t have it she could have it made. Every friend I have referred to her for watches, necklaces, diamond engagement rings, etc. have been so pleased. I would recommend her to anyone in a buyers market. She is the best.

Victor was amazing as well as the owner and all the staff from Houston Jewelry Buyers were so nice to me. I sold my ring and I was able to get a diamond ring for $1,650 and a tanzanite ring for $375. I highly recommend this jewelry store for everyone to buy their jewelries!

My gold wedding ring had to be sawed off my finger before surgery. My finger below my arthritic knuckle is a size 7 but the knuckle is size 10. Karen Moyers at Houston Jewelry Buyers spent at least 45 minutes with me, discussing options for repairing the ring, costs and the value of the ring if I sold it to them. In the end, because of its sentimental value, I said I would keep it as is. I said I’d wear it with the split except for a sharp burr from the nurse sawing it off. Karen took the ring in back and sanded it smooth-no charge. Karen is a professional; experienced and knowledgeable about precious metals and diamonds. She’s also a straight shooter and solution builder without pressure. I highly recommend her.
