Amanda was informative and explained the process clearly. Each item was individually assessed and a reasonable final price based on market value was agreed upon. Process was quick and strait-forward.
I've used their services in the past - including the afternoon of September 18th or 19th, and they are professional, honest that they appraise precious metals only, and pay quickly and securely. The gentleman I think of as the location's manager is always cool and professional, plus the young lady who helped me that day was also very professional and courteous. I also appreciate the very relaxing and somewhat dark ambiance of their waiting area and offices.

Very simple easy process . In and out within 5 minutes. She gave me a reasonable amount for my gold jewelry. Very nice . Very good customer service. Will definitely come back in the future !
This was my first time selling gold scraps. Amanda was able to explain each piece I presented. She was able to determine if some pieces were real or not that I had doubts about. I think she made the process easier for me and was very fast. She wasn’t able to explain too much about payout percentages but I believe she gave me a fair payout according to what I presented.
