He is very transparent with the customer as we all know prices tend to fluctuate well here he will show you as things change. Do not waste your time anywhere else. I have been meaning to write this review since I visited Houston Gold Merchants in early November. I cannot give enough stars for the excellent service and the peace of mind I received from Matt. It was a heart breaking decision to sell my jewelry but a necessary one and Matt made it far less painful. He answered all of my questions, concerns and took his time. I was not rushed and I left there knowing I had made the right decision AND came to the right place. Very very honest people and I can't thank them enough for making me so at ease and not feel stupid with my questions. I will be back. Happy Holidays to everyone at Houston Gold.
