Juan was absolutely amazing! I came into get a battery replaced on a Swiss army watch. He changed them in about 2 minutes and when I asked him how much I owe, he said it was on the house! He even showed me what tool to buy online so I can change the battery myself next time! He didn't even charge for the battery either. I've never seen such brilliant customer service.
