Poor customer service. Update based on owner comment - I didn’t ask for a price quote over the phone. I simply asked if he bought gold and he laughed at me and told me “no one is buying gold right now” and “good luck” in a disrespectful way before hanging up. Looks like if someone writes a negative review he makes up some bizarre response to the review. Seriously — look at his whacky all caps responses to other negative reviews!)
I called to see if they had a specific item I was looking for and as the other reviews state the man can come across as rude if your used to going to little fufu shops where they are being fake and kissing your butt in hopes you’ll spend more money. I’m not sure if he’s Hispanic, Armenian etc it doesn’t matter I think his character is just part of the culture of where he’s from. He was a great businessman and let me know right away they had what I was looking for and gave me a good price on it. He also let me know right away to bring cash. I’m going to try my best to make the hour drive to see see him tomorrow but for now he’s earned 5 stars in my book for being honest and straightforward with me.
