Went to a pawn shop and they didn’t even want to offer me a $1! I was lucky enough to find this place, the owner and his wife was nice enough to test my 14K ring with his X-ray machine and magnet and confirmed it was indeed 14K! He offered me $500!!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

I knew this business first hand through my family’s business dealings and knew I’d get a fair shake. Had a bracelet from 1990 and repaired many times. Guidance from the owner about my item and patience with me was much appreciated. Ultimately I was extremely happy with the service, price and overall outcome. I’d recommend and return there again.

What a terrible place to do business. I guess they get robbed a lot. I felt like a criminal. I took my jewelry to sell. The man I spoke to on the phone. The older gentleman with a beard. He sounded like a good businessman. I passed my jewelry through a little slot on a rodiron wall. The guy just walked away with my good to sirt and test. A few customers that didn't look as dangerous as me were on the other side, blocking my gold. The guy disappeared with my jewelry, I'm never told what's going on, eventually a lady comes out with what I was hoping 1000 dollar estimate. 450. I said no thank you. My guess is there's no one in El Pasp I can trust. I'll be sending out of town, or keeping it. I rather it rots
