Very DISSATISFIED with treatment of my account and lack of professionalism. I’ve been in business since 2006. It appeared to be more of a personal attack against me while. I was Concerned with my account being accessed fraudulently. I had a conversation with Mitch Neese last Friday to get quote on a ~ $350,000 trade. Stated I’d call back Tuesday to confirm and set up appointment to deliver. Called Mitch today said my account is deactivated and wouldn’t provide detail. I called operations which were very good when to deal with when account was opened. I spoke to Ronald Weaver and Mitch intercepted the call in a condescending tone saying they will not be opening the account in addition received an email from Jon Coyne. Best to find a wholesaler that wants business and cares about the security of their clients business.
