Professional people and fair trade

I called yesterday around 2pm to ask if they were open and the lady that answered the phone confirmed that they will be open until 5pm that day. So I headed over there about 10 minutes till 4pm and the store was closed. There were multiple other people that pulled up next to me that had this problem. If this establishment is going to pick and choose its hours of operation like such then it should be established on their website and on google. Thats not good customer service.

Been collecting silver most of my life, and I know what I have because I've gone to banks and estate sales collecting these coins, but the second the guy looks at my coins, he calls them fakes, or "copies". I don't know of any real silver coin that is a copy that doesn't have "COPY" stamped somewhere on it. Rude from the jump. Lost my business just as quick. Wasn't looking to buy anything, I just wanted to be with some like-minded individuals for a bit, but insulting my items isn't the way to do it. And the woman working in there seemed like if she smiled it just might hurt a bit. They can do better.

Staff is great been coming here for years before they moved here on hulen....always taken care of me n give good prices...wonderful people.....

Don't waste your time with this location....the lady was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Believe the negative reviews!!! Go to Southwest Gold and Silver off of camp bowie in Ft Worth....they give you excellent service and top dollar!

I went in to see what kind of inventory they had on silver and the lady was extremely rude when I walked in. I couldn't even finish my sentence before being cut off with a no. Also she has no knowledge of silver coins she's just there collecting a check and doing what the boss says. She's not coin savvy and she's incredibly rude. People like this shouldn't work around precious metals. I took my business elsewhere in Fort Worth and spent a good two hours buying up their stash and talking about coins. The vibe here is hostile. Don't ever trade here either. Don't support these people. These are the kind of people that give precious metals a bad name. These are the types of people that shouldn't own a business either. It's not in a good spot anyway it's dead. Awful.
