First auction I got my items within a week. Second auction I won items on was in May24 and I paid my invoice plus shipping the very next morning by wire transfer. I have been completely ghosted by these people. I have left numerous voicemail. And sent several texts and emails with no response whatsoever. I guess the next step is to file against them through the courts for theft of funds.

I should have read the comments here first!!! Unfortunately, my experience was similar. I was shipped the wrong item after I won the bid. Another firearm was never shipped. When I was told I would get a credit, they stopped answering my phone calls and stopped responding to emails. However, they responded when I won another bid. So please be warned this seems to be how they operate so be extremely cautious when bidding. Honestly, I will stop using them and recommend others do the same until they do better!

Buyers Beware! This company is not reliable at all!! I won an item at their 1/14/24 auction and still have not received my item or a refund. The owner finally contacted me after 2 weeks of trying to get in touch with someone. They claimed there was an error and they double sold( didn’t actually have the gun) that I purchased. I got an email a few days later asking if they could send me my money back and a box of ammo for my troubles. I told them I don’t want the ammo, send me my money back. The customer service number….. it’s an answering machine and no one ever calls you back. Today is 2/25, don’t have my money back yet. They sell guns they don’t actually have and then ship them to you from other states with different FFL’s. Caution!!!!!

If there was an option for —4 stars, I would do it. In December 2023, I purchased three items for over $8K. Only two items were sent. The items I purchased were “pristine” 1873 Winchester .44-40; and two Silver coins: 1859-Seated Liberty Dollar and 1879-CC Morgan Silver Dollar. Both were graded as AU58 and in a protective case. I did receive a Winchester, however it was not the same as pictured and not the condition that was described in the sale. It is still an amazing firearm considering the age and history. The coins were graded exceptionally high - however Only one coin was ever mailed out to me. It was glued to a piece of cardboard. I have sent multiple emails, called nearly three times a week for a month, as well as leaving multiple voicemails. The receptionist is extremely kind and understanding, however there is no change, no refund, no explanation as to where my items are and no follow up. I finally made a complaint to the Harris County TX AG and the Harris County Sheriff office. I have left maybe 5 reviews in my entire life and ALL of them had to do with exceptional service. This is my first negative review.

Negative buying experience on par with many of these reviews. Mine ended a little better but originally when I bid and won on a rifle, it was taking weeks to ship after I provided my FFL to ship. Turns out, they sold more product than they had and were waiting to receive more. Once I was told this by the owner, I requested to cancel my order. The owner did try and make it right by discounting my item by $100 so that I would not cancel. Eventually I did get my item and was even asked to leave a positive review in return for a box of ammo. This experience was just too weird to do that and I would be mindful of the bribe for the 5 stars that they do have on their page. I would do business elsewhere. Clearly they are not on the up and up.
