Super pleased with these guys, they got me in as a walkin today to sell some silver. They got me in as fast as possible around their appointments and gave me top dollar for old silver rounds I had laying around. I can't recommend them enough, thanks David for your help!

Had some silver jewelry to sell I've never had a bad experience here and have sold here 4 times but this time I explicitly asked if David wanted me to make an appointment (which I was willing to make by the way) ans said " you can do a walk in that should be fine" I said alright then. I get there make it known im willing to wait for people who made appointments to go ahead which is fine. After he takes me back we begin to sort out the jewelry he keeps making passive aggressive moaning about how this is bad buy but whatever he then keeps let me know periodically that this taking too long basically I even straight up said he man I did offer to make an appointment and you explicitly said it was OK to walk in but yet its my fault. Like I said maybe he was having a bad day but at the end of day not an excuse I will NOT be coming back to BUY or SELL here! You've lost a regular by your expression of rudeness and unprofessionalism I would now not recommend this establishment and seems by reading other reviews this guy exhibits bipolar swings of being professional and the exact opposite i have not the time or desire to gamble on what experience I get leave the box of chocolates quote for Forest Gump. Do better as I know you can but I wont be back

These guys have been top notch! I started coming to these guys since earlier this year (2025),after looking at other local shops and have found these guys to be very fair and helpful. Since they moved across the hall into a larger unit, the experience with them has been much more pleasurable, with security and a more open laid back atmosphere. I had another satisfying experience. Several years back I stopped in and sold some coins. I'm glad to see this family business thriving. I called and left a message, within the hour I had a my call returned. I always call ahead to set up an appointment. This way I have no wait time and I am able to be seen right away. Walk-ins are still welcome sometimes you may have to wait your turn. I have always received fair value for my gold and silver. Along with that I learn what to look for and what to stay away from. These days there is so much going on, it's great to hear advice from someone I trust. Went over my numbers and made sure I understood what I was getting. Even double checking my math. Trust is important so I definitely recommend you stoping to talk to them.
