I am a new customer and really enjoy the customer experience I've had here. Chalk and his team are truly fine people to deal with. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market and are purchasing, you'd be hard pressed to find a finer merchant to deal with.

I went to US gold buyers recently to scrap two pieces of gold. The girl that worked there was very unprofessional she did not get the stone or the acid out as you should do to test the gold. She kept applying the acid directly to the piece of gold and whopping it with paper towel telling me that's how she tested it and then she went on to tell me both pieces were gold plated and were not worth anything. I wouldn't do business with them anymore and I would make sure that I tell everyone I know not to go there. After that was done I drove straight to a reputable jeweler in oak ridge they tested both pieces one being 10 karat gold one being 18 karat gold and I got the money that I needed. Be very leery of these people
