I visited the Gold Rush store in Smyrna Tn 2 times recently to sell some of my Sterling Silver flatware. Both times I was greeted by very nice owner and his daughter. Called ahead and a gentle man by the name tom helped me out and immediately priced me for the weight of my Silver coin. Immediately when I came into the shop, Tom greeted me with the kindest heart, and if you don’t know anything about Southern hospitality, you can say he’s the definition of it. He kept his word and took my silver coins for the price he had given me no questions asked. I told them after we briefly spoke at a pawn shop. I had previously gone to was trying to give me $60 for the 4 ounces that came in with. We had a laugh and he explained to me and reassured me that he treats everyone with dignity, Respect and honesty that’s how a business should be run. Shortly after he let his knees complete the transaction as he went by and greeted another client in the room. You can’t get that kind of quality service and honesty at times like today and because of this, I will definitely be returning and sending over anyone. I know who wants to cash their old Jewelry gold silver etc..
