Extremely poor communication. I originally sent Mike an email asking what price he pays for certain coins. He responded the next day, which is fine. I was interested so immediately replied to his email asking when I could make an appointment. No response. Waited another week. Sent another email to make sure he got the last one. Still nothing. Zero, zip. I finally gave up and sold to another dealer. Very disappointing experience.

Just a huge shout out to Hannah Hamrick. I had been emailing her over a few weeks regarding some estate coins I had no clue about. She was very quick to respond, and then today I went into the office to actually sell the coins. She knew what she was doing as a true professional and she was the only step of my estate process that I can say went smoothly. She is very easy to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this business.
