Basic communication was extremely lacking. The lady who answered the phone could not even inform me of some of the basic items they sell. I would not recommend anyone to this establishment.

Rude, seems like they try to find a reason not to help or be a jerk. Not only that but they lowballed the heck out of me. Went somewhere else and got 130 more than what they offered me.

Awesome shop! Very friendly owners and great selection of items. I won’t go anywhere else.

My wife and I decided to support some local business (Smyrna). I parked in a parking lot beside this business that is posted that parking is for their business only. As we were walking up to the establishment, my wife decided she would get some ice cream at the shop next door while I went into the pawn shop. As I was walking up their walk way a lady came out and yelled at me that the parking was for the pawn shop only. I said " I know and I am coming in". Then she said "We are closing anyway". The posting had stated that they closed at 2pm and it was 1:45. Her husband came out and I approached him to ask why she was so rude to me. He stated " Like the young folks say, It's all good". I have been a business owner for over 20 years and cringed at this kind of action from a local business owner that the city wants you to support (Support Local). If this is one of the staples of Smyrna I am sad to say that is no acceptable. IF YOU ARE TIRED OF SERVING THE PUBLIC SELL IT AND MOVE ON.

Parked at the lot. Was going to get myself icecream to have while I shopped at the store. Before I passed onto the icecream shop next door, I was hounded down by who I assume to be the owner of the pawn shop. Old guy with long hair- yelled at me and told me I couldnt park there. I told him I was going to go shop next door. He said he didnt care. Parking lot is always empty. Thats because he has a shitty way of handling business. Small minded people dont get anywhere. He will not be having my business.

Went to look for particular items so we parked in their private parking lot. While my husband looked in their store I decided I wanted ice cream from the shop next door that I frequent. Before he could step to the sidewalk to enter he was yelled at that this is a private parking lot. He says yes I know I am coming into your store. The rude lady says we are closed in a very nasty tone. Mind you the sign/website states that they close at 2pm and it is currently 1:45pm. We tried to get an explanation as to why we were spoken to in such a rude manner. The husband says it’s what ever. Is this how you treat potential customers? It never ceases to amaze me how some business owners treat people. Karma is around the corner.

Look! The couple in the shop are adorable! They’re fair, kind & I like them a lot. I read the reviews before going & saw everyone crying about not being able to park in their parking lot unless they’re a customer, when there’s a TON of parking across from the shop for other businesses. Go see for yourself, they’re so sweet & have great stuff in their shop! They make great deals on buying and selling!

Wish I could give negative stars! Road construction taking place blocking spots in their neighboring businesses, so I parked in their lot was going to run in to the neighboring businesses pick up my item. I would have been 5 minutes then I intended to checkout the Pawn Shop imagining they would have some cool things to purchase. NO way after the owner came out screaming at me and telling me I could not park there. She went nuts yelling and pointing. Madness! I will never do business with someone that has no sense of neighborly kindness.
