Do business with this company at your own risk. I have had multiple issues with bidding and I will no longer do business with them. There are what I consider suspicious circumstances to their bidding software. I dont think it works in anyones favor, sellers or buyers. They are defensive to the point they don't even discuss your experience or what the problem was. They just make excuses without trying to understand what the issue is.

Five stars always! Fabulous company and staff. Always a joy to attend! Always fun to shop through! Me, my parents, and my three children so enjoy the experience every single time! I have never had a bad experience!!! Thank you Seven Seas for all the effort you clearly invest in every estate sale!!

The absolute rudeness in which I was greeted with today by the older gentleman with the accent was uncalled for. Through the last issue of which a winning item was delayed to an oversight of staff resulting in a Christmas present being over a month late and no compensation for shipping or inconvenience. I was like okay another chance. The following purchase was smooth. However, today after scheduling my appointment time and blocking 1/4 of the driveway simply to pickup an already paid for item (a ring) I was called an idiot. The rude man expressed his feelings to another patron by stating "some people are idiots". Can I say I am a highly educated individual who has more class and knowledge in my pinky than you will ever have. I do not appreciate the comment and a very limited blocked driveway for approximately 6 minutes wasn't worth your attitude.

I highly recommend Seven Seas! They were extremely professional and stayed on schedule, leaving my parent's house completely cleaned out and ready to be sold. Emptying my their house of all their belongings seemed overwhelming and it was such a relief to hand everything over to such capable people!

Our estate sale with Will at Seven Seas went extremely smoothly and the best part was not having to worry about anything. Being our first estate sale, we didn’t realize how much thought and effort goes into conducting a successful sale. Will and his staff took care of all the details and in the end our home was left empty and clean. We were very happy with our experience.
