New Southern Gold, LLC, The

I have shopped at Southern Gold for many years purchasing jewelry, having jewelry custom made, repaired and selling old jewelry. I have had positive experiences throughout my experiences and I highly recommend them.

Customer service was exceptional and my repairs was done expeditiously !! Price was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back for all my jewelry repairs in the future. Thank u Southern Gold. ☺️👍🏾

I go there occasionally for different kinds of things like to browse to get jewelry appraised or shop. There very welcoming. Keep up the awesome job. But I'm sure you guys will.

I took several rings for them to size and it was done that same day! They did a super job! I had my husbands wedding band sized down so I could wear it since he passed away! Now it’s a perfect fit!

I was absolutely devastated when the diamond fell out of my brand new ring. In a total panic, I found Southern Gold, and they were incredible. They listened to exactly what I wanted and upgraded the setting with extra 18kt gold prongs to make sure the 4-carat stone stays completely secure. The turnaround time was lightning-fast, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I will definitely be working with them again for all of my future jewelry needs.

I luv the service an wen I took my ring to them I lost a ruby out they did a fantastic job I got my ring back exactly wen they sed they would be done wit it I will recommend all my friends an family to go there

5 Stars – Always a Wonderful Experience! Southern Gold is truly a gem, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I receive every time I visit. I always enjoy working with Kristie, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Her knowledge, patience, and warm demeanor make the entire process not only easy but enjoyable. Kristie has a great eye and always helps me choose pieces that are just right. On top of that, she gives me excellent pricing—something I deeply appreciate. It’s rare to find someone so committed to both quality and customer care. Thank you, Kristie and Southern Gold, for making every visit feel personal and special. You’ve earned a lifelong customer in me!

Love love the service all my jewelry and the time they spend with me ! Thank thank you

Walked in and the atmosphere is down home. Nothing snooty. Within a minute or two was approached by Mark Chitwood, and asked him how much to fix a chain. He said $15, and it'll be do e in 5 minutes. We had just come from Kay Jewelers on Battlefield and they wanted $139 and had to send it out. I would recommend Southern Gold on Brainerd to EVERYONE!!! I will be back definitely!! Thank you so much

This is the 3rd time I've used them for jewelry repair or cleaning and everytime they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable and respectful. One of the best jewelry dealers in Chattanooga and they have earned a lifetime customer and highly recommend using them.

They have done rings for me and fixed my lobster claw on my necklace. The work has always been perfect and professional. The pricing is great and would recommend them to anyone need jewelry work done or to even purchase a piece of jewelry. Thank you all for everything!
