Lived around Nashville my entire life and I've never been here, until now. I've always heard great things about it, and how big it is, along with the variety. I must say I was incredibly unimpressed with both the size and variety of it. All the vendors and owners who were there were pleasant enough, but it was a very small venue. Nowhere near the size that the website makes it out to be. They only had two outdoor pavilions full, the other ones were empty. And the indoor space was locked and blocked off. There were no concessions, and only one food vendor. Add to the fact that you have to pay for parking, and then walk seemingly half a mile to get there, detracts from the experience as well. Also note, that they claim there is a shuttle service included in the parking fee, the reality of it is that there is not. There are definitely other, and better flea markets within 30 minutes of Nashville.

Hadn't been to the Nashville Flea Market in a few years so went with a friend to check it out. Sad to report that the Flea Market has gone way downhill in 2025. There were some outside vendors with some cool stuff. I was expecting the indoor area(s) to have some really great antiques and cool collectibles...but they were few and far between. All the cool old stuff has mostly been replaced by vendors hawking clothes, new jewelry, bad crafts, discounted socks and the like. Sorry to say this place is no longer worth the price of admission (parking fee). Avoid it.

We loved the Nashville flea market! The food was great-especially the Jamaican food and the Jenni’s ice cream. We went during the week so there weren’t many vendors which was a downside. I also would have loved to see more arts and crafts being sold. But overall a great experience!

I was expecting a much bigger crowd on Friday and planned to stay over and come back Saturday. It wasn’t very crowded in the “biggest weekend of the year” and there were many vendor spaces empty. There were food trucks at the entrance and the only food vendor indoors had no menu or prices posted. Very disappointing! I did find 10 pieces to add to my Christmas village so it wasn’t a total waste of an 1.5 trip. Next year, I’ll do the Saturday/Sunday plan to see if is any better
