I ordered a silver coin from these guys right before the ice storm this year, and it got stuck in transit. There were no updates on tracking for days from the shipping company, and I believed it had become lost. I emailed NCG to let them know I hadn't received my coin yet, and was afraid it was lost. They responded immediately and escalated the situation for me, and were excellent with communication and help the entire way. The customer service was top notch, and they were friendly, and showed genuine care and concern the entire time until the moment I received my order. I knew they had shipped quickly and efficiently, and this wasn't their fault, but they stayed every step of the way to guarantee I received it, and were kind and helpful the entire time. I had a gold coin I wanted to sell and searched around Nashville for the best price. Nashville Coin Gallery made me the best offer. The percentage of the spot price of gold they could offer was communicated over the phone, and I felt it was very fair. I made an appointment, and when I arrived at their office, the staff were very helpful. I was shown the calculation for the total price they could pay based on the previously communicated percentage of the gold spot price, weight of my coin, purity of gold in my coin. I was paid out then, and the entire process only took about 15 minutes. Nashville Coin Gallery provided quality service and good pricing.

I had an appointment this week with Pete to sell some silver and enjoyed every minute of it. He was friendly, professional, down to earth, caring and really took the time getting to know me. He gave me a good honest and fair price and even more than I was expecting with metals fluctuating so much. I watched him give even to a community leader out of his own pocket helping and contributing back to the town. He and his staff were very nice, made you feel very comfortable and courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel awkward. He is the total package and his team is the real deal. I highly encourage people to make an appointment and buy/sell if you want a fair and honest deal without feeling scammed.
