Pawned with them a few times in the past for the same $200 , But this most recent time i was caught off guard and transparency was not established. For some reason my balance to get my gun out was $280 and my yellow ticket was $244 i paid the $44 for an extra month in December and the nice lady wrote n 44 on my ticket, not advising me that that the $44 was just to hold and not taking away from my 44 balance of my original ticket and here we are in January. I also asked if it would be feasible and no extra fees if i came in and got my return the Friday and i guess their was miscommunication and a level of professionalism and transparency this time was terrible. Definitely disheartening to not be thorough and up front with the process as the previous 4 times ive pawned there with the same gun its been no issue. Future buyers just stress transparency so you wont be caught off guard and get stuff in writing ,a persons word can change but writing cannot.— Ken G, Jan 2026
