Awesome shop if you’re looking for some old sports cards. Owners are friendly and helpful. Tons and tons of sports cards from the nineties and earlier, hobby boxes and single packs. Also tons of card sleeves all for a great price.
I'm not the biggest coin collector but they seem to always have what I'm looking for and introduce me new stuff and educated me a lot on my collection.
This place is the bees knees! My kids and I love to browse the baseball cards and the staff are so kind. They don't make us feel pressured, we are free to shop at our own leisure. We love Mel's!!!
Well to be honest I haven’t been there and probably never will. Called to see what he charges for ASE’s and he told me 37$ for 2024’s and says he’s only making 4$ a coin. I highly doubt he’s paying 33 apiece when you can get them for 28 from any online dealer at this time. If a man won’t be honest with me, I’m not gonna do business with him.
I went to Mels to sell some silver coins today. They first offered 300 dollars then changed it to 400 dollars. I declined the offer and went to another place that paid 900 dollars for the same stuff. I understand you have overhead but come on. If you want to get ripped off please shop here.
