Nice guy that works there but cheap as hell. I brought in a PRS guitar and a tube amp and he only wanted to give me $325 for all of it. A week later I take the guitar to another pawn shop and they gave me $300 for just the guitar. So before you want to use this pawn shop, take a look at a pawn shop that is downtown first. Like I said nice guy but cheap as hell.
I do NOT recommend this pawn shop. I called ahead of time to see if they would take stringed instruments. He said it would depend on the brand and condition but that they'd be happy to help out. My husband and I drove almost an hour with a cello (revelle worth $1700 new) and a violin (revelle worth $700 new). He takes them in tk look at them and tries to find the brand, clearly clueless because he said they 'didn't exist'. Stepped out to the car and pulled the links up with the brand and pricing (both instruments purchased same year and like NEW) and were turned away at the door. Find a different pawn shop. Jackson has plenty that actually know what they're doing.
By far one of the worst pawn shops I've ever been too pawn 9mm and ps5 disk with 2 controllers only have 150 for both and tried to pay them out of pawn, for them to tell me we do not take card we gave cash we only take cash. They told when I pawn items all I need was the pawn tickets. Do not recommend going here at all run away very fast from this place.
