Very rude owner, Sam. I was treated very badly by him on my visit to his store. I took in a heavy inherited coin collection. He was insulted that I had sold some coins to another coin shop. He offered me $500 for what I brought in. I didn’t accept his offer. Face value of one of the cases was over $3000. After I left the store, I cashed these coins in at my bank. One of his employees helped me load and roll in a cart to bring in the collection. Upon leaving, Sam had me roll the cart out to my vehicle myself, and offered no help, when the cart became stuck on a rug. I am 70 years old and mentioned that I have a bad back. I told him that I had more jewelry and coins to sell and would bring them by. After processing my experience in his store, this isn’t going to happen.
Had a necklace that I really didnt know its worth and they were honest and very helpful. Overall great experience and people.

Very disappointed, drove a good ways to sell several pounds of 90% silver coins. Very nice lady added up the amount and talked to her boss who wasn't interested and didn't even have the time to give me an offer. Lots of good reviews but I guess they don't like buying while precious metal are high.
Very friendly and inviting. Was easy at creating a rapport which relieved any anxiety. Sold some antique jewelry and was given a great offer (more than expected). 10 out of 10 customer service and interaction. Would recommend to anyone who has jewelry, gold, or coins to sell and/or appraise.

We came into some silver and gold coins recently after my mother in law died It has been a very hard thing to deal with. Felt comfortable dealing with Sam and his staff. I have done some research but really don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to this stuff. Sam was open about his margins and treated me with kindness and patience. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Definitely where we’ll end up selling the rest of the collection. Thanks again y’all. Appreciate your help.
I went in just before Christmas to sale some jewelry. I was expecting $200 ,$250 at best. I left there with double my expectations. This is an honest and wonderful place of business. The staff are all amazing and I look forward to doing more business with them. I highly recommend the estate house to everyone. Thank you all so much, it was such a huge blessing.
