He has been collecting coins since he was a boy and finally decided to sell them, but was having trouble finding a reputable seller who was fair close to our hometown. We drove to Cleveland when we found Cleveland Coin & Jewelry on Google and the reviews were all spot on. We appreciate how kind and knowledgeable they were. We would absolutely recommend them.

They were extremely busy and I can see why. They got to me faster than I expected and was very fair on prices. I think it's a family ran business and they were doing the grind and working their tails off. I will be back.

I visited this location yesterday as I had a couple of coins I wanted to see about selling. I also had a couple questions about some that I wasn’t sure if I was going to part with or not. Had the pleasure of dealing with James very friendly, very patient. He was very fair on his pricing and was not even perturbed that I did not sell some of those more valuable items. He took the time to go through every one I asked him to and answered every single one of my questions. I didn’t have the pleasure of dealing with Lisa but I did hear her interacting with others and seemed very friendly as well. It was hard to find a place with integrity and true customer service nowadays. I visited many locations prior to this one. I was very pleased that I decided to stop in and highly recommend them.
