Great products and prices but service really upset me. Every MALE that walked in they were greeted and helped. I myself (FEMALE) and my small child walk in and not one person spoke to me. I was not greeted, I wanted to see multiple items and not one time did anyone try and help me. I stood there in one spot over 10 minutes. They didn’t even look at me. Will not be back. Planned on spending over $1000 but will go somewhere else. Thank you.

Was a customer at 51 Pawn for around 15 years (as a buyer and a seller), when Micah was in charge. It used to be an amazing establishment, fun to go there and visit, even if/when you couldn’t come to an agreement on making a deal, you still left the store feeling good about it, and had an enjoyable experience. It used to be good energy in there. Now that it is “South End Gun and Pawn”, it’s quite the opposite. The one female in there is the rudest person in a customer service position I’ve ever seen, and has been that way for years. The new owner (Dan) is unpleasant to speak with, if he even decides to speak to you at all. Incredibly “off putting”, uncomfortable, and I feel like I’m judged every time I walk through the door. Not that it matters, but I can’t say I’ll be back any time soon.

Liz and Dan have always done good business with me. I been choosing this one and only pawn shop for over ten years. From purchasing televisions to going passed my ticket date, they have always given me a courtesy call to see if I could come in. All these other reviews are just people who are mad that couldn’t get the amount of money they thought their product was worth. They do good business y’all

I’ve done a lot of business here over the years and have always gotten fair prices for used guns and had the same experience today! They have a wide selection of guns and accessories and they have a silencer shop Kiosk for fast suppressors! Staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Staff is very knowledgeable on any side arm they have. They are well trained in explaining the whatnot on your specific needs in personal protection. Purchased a couple of weapons recently and was well pleased. Nice selection from beginners to seasoned tactical pros. I'll be back and highly recommend this store for not only guns, but guitars as well. They are the Do Rey Mi in the area for hobbies and interests for any age.
