I had a great experience at West Columbia Pawn & Jewelry. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. The shop is well organized with a nice selection of items, and the prices are fair. One of those places where they say they scrap yet they really don’t and they just give a lower price to buy and resale. The owner tells me that he doesn’t care about branded jewelry. Fye if you have custom jewelry with mixed stones and diamonds don’t expect a bargain over 20 bucks this pawn shop doesn’t care about hardness or clarity of diamonds or stones. I walked in with a piece valued $450 after sell from a popular brand in Atlanta Georgia before sale valued $1500 online current to today and with other jewelry combined got offered 30 bucks total. I’m not emotionally harmed I can get more money out of it selling it on line I’m definitely worth more then 30 dollars after all a person is only worth their sale so I’m glade I never gave him anything.— ERNEST THOMPSON, Feb 2026
