That day, when I come to your strore to sale jewelry’s. After loosing my job, sick and desperate. You didn’t care about you not knowing me or what. I will never forget. I came into the upstate gold exchange to sell some scrap gold and had a wonderful experience! I left with far more $$$ than I intended on making off of my old earrings, and I'd highly suggest Tony!

There are many stores of this kind in the Greenville and surrounding area. This store and Dennis who we talked with, are absolutely outstanding. The store is small but they are BIG on service. Answered questions with complete honesty. Their experience and knowledge shows. We were treated with respect and they were gracious and friendly to talk to. Highly recommend!

Although we weren’t able to reach a deal, I had a very positive experience. The owner were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They carefully evaluated my items and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciate their honesty and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to buy or sell precious metals.

I sold a good amount of silver today to Upstate Gold Exchange. The price was very fair and better than all other dealers in the area. I know because I called at least 6 and UGX beats everyone! The staff definitely knows what they are doing, knows why people buy and or sell and will help you do either.

I brought in about 100oz of silver that I had been collecting with hopes of trading for a 1oz gold coin. The gentleman helping me was absolutely the kindest and most helpful person I could have ever asked for. He was quick, made an incredibly fair offer and I left with a beautiful gold Maple Leaf and a commemorative 1oz silver Marine Corp coin. He also gave my daughter a 1oz copper coin. She’s absolutely ecstatic about it. I recommend this wonder store and I look forward to coming again.

A month ago my wife and I bought $430 in silver dollars and had outstanding service. I told them i was coming into a settlement and would be back to buy alot more. This Monday I showed up with 30k cash to invest in coins and the grumpy old man said he didnt have time for me. And refused to let me see them or purchase. I walked out empty handed. Edit: after a reply from this review and given a 2nd visit , I can say I am well pleased with the customer service , I was treated fairly and given good prices . They let me look at the coins and pick out what I wanted. Its not often I change a (1star review to a 5star ). I know who to look for now when visiting. Today was a test run. I will definitely be back to buy more. Thanks again.

A great old school coin shop with lots of choices. Everything from affordable raw coins to high end graded Morgans and Gold coins. Even world and ancient coins to choose from. The staff know their stuff and the coins that I bought I feel I paid a fair price. Be prepared to wait during popular hours though, the shop can get crowded. I have back a few times. The more I bought the better deal I got, which is probably the case at most coin stores. I'll go back again when buying or selling.
