Drove all the way from hilton head with a PlayStation after calling first, got up there and it was obvious they are broke. I had a PlayStation 5 Pro bought from Best Buy for 699.00 4 months ago, tried to tell me it wasn’t the pro and my brand new controller had wear on the rubber piece. THEY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS FOR SURE

I love this pawn shop and have had good luck finding some very nice things here. The layaway is nice to use for the pricier things and they have always been good about coming up with a reasonable price and haggling to get a great price. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I visited this store when we were in a tight spot and had an emergency need for quick cash. We were met with exceptional customer service and we were treated like valued customers. We left feeling like we had experienced more than a general human interaction...it felt like we both mattered to someone other than ourselves. To me, that was worth more than anything money can buy. Our visited helped us much more than the financial gain that we received. We felt touched, blessed and alive again from the overwhelming amount of human connection that we both received while inside the store. It is so exciting and feels so good when our faith in humanity is restored! Thank you, Top Dollar Pawn & Jewlery for such a touching experience. We plan on stopping by later today or tomorrow. Do not buy or sell here. Wouldn’t take my game system that I bought from them , went right to pooler ga and they took it for higher price then what this place offered. What a joke of a place .

Been there twice. First time had an okay experience. Second time I went was not enjoyable. Would recommend taking your business somewhere more friendly. Reason for 1 star is not for pricing or quality of products, but for poor costumer service and lack of a welcoming experience
