Great pawn shop! I've been dealing with them for over 15 years and I'm a very satisfied customer. When I walk into the pawn shop, there's always someone to greet me and ask if I need help. All the employees are so polite, considerate and willing to help with anything. When I'm asked by someone about where can they find a good pawn shop, I always recommend Reliable Pawn shop. Thumbs up Reliable Pawn!!!
The one thing that I don't do anymore is take bad reviews to heart. You miss out on a blessing. I went to Reliable Pawn Shop today and was greeted warmly and helped with the things I wanted to get a loan with. Grady Holland took care of me. He was professional, courteous, patient and he gave me an outstanding offer on my items. I could not be happier with the service I received and this was my first time going. Sometimes bad reviews come from the customer not getting what they want.So please give Reliable Pawn Shop a chance and give yourself a chance. Check them out because they are fantastic! I highly recommend them 1000 percent!
I am Mexican American. I have been reading the previous reviews from other customers and frankly I'm disgusted. There has been multiple ethnicities in the store on many different visits I have made. I have seen the staff treat everyone like a customer regardless of color. I also have seen them refuse to do Business with bad customers regardless of color. Including myself. If these people emulated any kind of racist behavior, they would not be in business today. Pawn shops are in the business of making a profit. If you don't like the price they offer you, try another pawn shop and I'll bet you get a similar offer. Please don't try to ruin someone's reputation simply because either you didn't get your way or you were behaving badly.
When I tell you I love this pawn shop! I mean just that, I use them all time and all of my firearms comes from them! I have never had an issue with any of the workers and I have interacted with every last one in there!!
Love it here. Good people, Mr. Jamie is a hell a guy, the younger workers Mr jackson stiles and another young man who's name I did not catch great help, and the wonderful ladies behind the counter (congratulations on the kid) -ThePennyMan😎 EDIT: I WAS THE 69TH REVIEW!!!!
