Few minor problems, door system is slightly annoying but no big deal, showroom space is limited, and they pay bottom dollar for precious metals. I've read many reviews complaining about the customer service, and while some employees seem less friendly than others, each time I have visited they have seemed eager to help me find what I am looking for. Some of their raw coins appear to be cleaned, so I would recommend either sticking to graded coins or making sure you can spot the cleaning. Also be sure to know what you want when coming in, most of their inventory is located in the back, not readily on display. Overall, a decent place to do business as long as you can overlook some of the smaller issues with the shop.

I have been purchasing bullion from this establishment frequently since the 1st of the year. I have always had a pleasant experience and been able to find what I was looking for. Their premiums are pretty competitive and the staff more than knowledgeable. Today I made another bullion purchase and was a dollar short. The gentleman behind the glass covered the difference! I know it’s just a dollar but I thought that was incredibly generous and they will continue to have my business.

I called simply to ask what the process is for appraising a few coins, and I had the misfortune of speaking to an employee who berated me and spoke to me in a condescending manner when I was unable to answer questions about my coins quickly enough. She seemed very disinterested and annoyed from the moment she answered the phone. It would benefit the employees to remember to ask more questions to get a better understanding, instead of expecting regular people to know everything about coins, when we aren't the ones who specialize in them. I'll be trying another shop instead of risking having to deal with this person again.

You can tell they make there money buying from the unaware. Do your research before you sell or even buy here. I was offered 300 dollars under spot, so im just keeping my stuff

WHATEVER YOU DO….RUN…….DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I went there to sell some coins and had the VERY UNPLEASANT experience of dealing with an older woman with red hair. Very unprofessional, she was short with any answer and seemed to be in a very bad mood. Didn’t thank me for the business.I called back later to ask her a quick question and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID… I WISH I NEVER STOPPED IN!!!!!! If I could give them negative 5 ⭐️ I would!!!!
