About a year ago, I went to Bay Jewelry and Pawn to sell a gold bracelet that I had not worn in several years. While there, I mentioned to Adam that I had a pair of earrings and a necklace belonging to my late mom that I wanted to make into a ring. Adam told me that the could design something for me and have it made if I was interested. Fast forward to a couple of months ago and I returned to make my ring a reality. Adam worked with me on what I wanted and with a design. He sent it off to the jeweler and in a couple of weeks they sent a sketch of the ring. We made a couple of tweaks and the end product could not have turned out any better. I absolutely love it. Adam was so easy to work with, very friendly and listened to what I wanted. I would highly recommend Bay Jewelry and Pawn!

Went to Bay Pawn and jewelry store today to have some jewelry repaired. Both pieces hold sentimental value and I did not want to use a place that mails off the jewelry to be repaired. The guys at the shop were respectful, polite and professional. All jewelry is repaired Inside the shop. I dropped of my first ring to have diamond replaced a little after 10am. The prices were so fair that I decided to go ahead and have my second set of rings repaired which needed two Diamond s replaced and prongs built back up. I showed back up a little after 11am to drop of my second set of rings and was impressed and surprised to see that the jeweler had already completed my first set and polished it up. I will for sure use this place for Any more jewelry repairs needed in the future.

This shop and the employees are GREAT! Any questions they have the answer and the selection of merchandise is quality and incredible. I love going there!

Really great spot right on the main drag. Easy parking, even found a spot to park my 60-ft rig. People were very personable. Picked up a 120V Capstan winch.

Very stand up and honest guys. Was getting rid of a gold chain and didn’t know much about it. Went to a shop before these guys to see what they would offer and they didn’t show me how much it weighed. Decided to not do business with them. Went to bays pawn shop and they doubled that price. Showed me the weight and explained why the price was what it was. Highly recommend!
