Rude as hell man on t he phone rude
Ive bought a few things from them on occasion, and though it's always overpriced I did it because I believe in supporting small business. Today I went in to sell something and he offered me an ammount so offensively low that it shook me to the core. If he had simply told me that he couldn't affort to offer me what my gear was worth I would have accepted that and continued to deal with them in the future. Small business that does bad business deserves to lose to the big box stores. Never going in there again.
My wife and I have been customers at APE for over a decade. Their staff are professional and knowledgeable. Heath has custom made several pieces for my wife and his work is impeccable.
My family and friends have been going to this store for years. Always a great experience. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. And I just LOVE staring at all the stuff in the Lion's Club case. Every time I look at it I see something different. It's mesmerizing! I don't go in there just to stare at the Lion's Club swag, only bc it's never crossed my mind, but I probably will now! LMAO seriously tho, there is some killer $hit in the case.
The moment that I walked in the African American fellow had nothing but insulting comments to me and seemed angry!?? I had never been in this pawn shop before and of course would never return. The prices are absurd anyway!
