I recommend this shop to anyone into crystals, minerals, and fossils. Ricky has the best and largest selection at affordable prices.

This establishment has a awful reputation and the service was unprofessional.

We took my 6-year-old grandson to "pan" for gemstones and he had a blast--and so did we. It's a bit on the expensive side, but worth it. We all decided we wanted to go back and explore the "cave" too!

This location offers three shops in one area, making for a fantastic rock and gem shopping experience. I frequently visit with my daughter, and it is always a highlight for us. They offer an extensive selection ranging from pebble-sized specimens to large rock statues, jewelry, and more. A major draw is the indoor gem mine with various bucket tiers, as well as a unique simulated cave for a hands-on mining experience. The staff is consistently helpful and friendlyβ€”specifically Kirstin, who provides excellent service. You can often find the owner, Ricky Taylor, on-site, ensuring a welcoming environment and top-tier customer care.

We took a group of 30 school kids to do some rock fun, and we had a wonderful time! The kids got to dig through there buckets to sift the sand out and explore what hidden gems they found. The shop had lots of different gems, rocks, minerals for the kids to explore while they waited their turn. The staff was supper patient, full of fun facts, and educational. If you or your child has a love of rocks then this is a pace for you to come and explore. Worth a visit.

We had our daughter's 9th birthday party here. The kids had SO much fun, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They have created a really fun experience, and their shop has an incredible selection of rocks, shells, fossils, and pretty much anything you can imagine. We highly recommend!!

Absolutely huge variety and quantity of rocks. We drove 2 hours from Charleston and it was very worth it. We mostly bought raw rocks, but they had tons of cabochons, pendants, tumbles. Nice selection of fossils. Clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially appreciate that they wrapped everything really well! Looking forward to returning.
