I have been loving this place for years, however the staff I experienced recently was terrible. The cashier was rude and miserable with all the customers she interacted with while I was there. As someone who works in the service industry and has had nothing but friendly experiences coming here I was shocked. When asking questions she gave one word or short answers with a poor attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and I quickly left after speaking with her because it was uncomfortable. I will still be coming back as it’s my favorite place for crystals and jewelry, but hoping the staff will be more pleasant next time!
