I stopped in to sell a roll of silver coins, but did so only because I happened to be in the area, & had not consulted the reviews. What I had NOT expected was that with Louie's EXTENSIVE knowledge of precious metals along with his warm, outgoing nature, was that I was having such a good time just talking to him & another customer, that mynwife wondered at my long absence, that she left the car & came in to find out why I had delayed so long! Louie is a (refreshingly) old-school Italian, who is honest almost to a fault. I say refreshing, because one seldom encounters such a degree of genuineness in a retail establishment. As a result, I already know that my next sale or metal purchase will be done there!!

I met with Louie to sell an old high school ring. I felt I already had a good idea on what the market value was based on weight, karat amount and melt value. Louie examined the ring, weighed it, did some quick calculations and offered me an amount within 1% of what I was looking to get. I accepted his offer and he paid me in cash on the spot. He is very straight forward in his approach to business, certainly knows his industry, and is a great guy to have a conversation with, having grown up in RI. I would highly recommend him to family and anyone looking to sell precious metals.

Let me start by saying, WOW!!! This place is a hidden gem for starters. I walked in for the 1st time looking to get a gold chain repaired. He walked me through the process and I was very pleased with his recommendation. He made me an offer on a broken link and I was impressed by his offer. I went back the same day with some precious metals I had laying around in my inventory. I was in disbelief on what he offered me on the spot. Way more than what I would have sold it for online or any Pawn Shop offer. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. These guys are the real deal. It felt more than just a sale transaction but more like family. I also recieved a bonus gift that I wouldn't get from any other establishment, especially being a 1st timer.
