I bought my first gun online and had it sent to this store. I was so worried they would treat me unfairly because I didn't buy from them. Quite the opposite was true! They helped guide me to get my blue card and BCI. Unfortunately the BCI did not pass and I was unable to return the gun online, so Heritage literally sold my gun for me so that I didnt take much of a loss on the purchase. I then was unable to get to the store to pickup my check so they mailed it to me to top off the experience. Wonderful customer service!
