If i could give 10 stars i would! They kept me informed about my order, and promptly answered any questions i had every time i called, the molding session went super smooth and they walked me through it. Took maybe 3-4 weeks from the time i orderd till i received my grill! The grill came out flawless i couldn't be happier and it fits like a glove, and you get to keep the mold for any future grills, im definitely going to be order more styles soon !! From start to finish this company was amazing to work with. I highly recommend using them!!!
I had a great experience here. The owner was extremely kind, talkative, and genuinely willing to help! even going the extra mile to make sure everything was clear and comfortable. You can tell he cares about his work and about his clients. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality grillz and professional service. That being said, I want to share something important for anyone considering grillz for aesthetic reasons. If you’ve had any kind of dental trauma ! for example from an accident, a broken jaw, gaps caused by injury, or any structural dental issue ! please consult a dentist or oral surgeon first. Without proper medical evaluation and clearance, you could potentially make your condition worse. Grillz are cosmetic, but your oral health comes first. Overall, 5 stars for the service and professionalism ! just make sure you prioritize your health before making any aesthetic decisions.
I’m sooo happy with my grillz! The whole process was super easy, and the owner was really cool and down to earth. He didn’t try to upsell me at all—just gave his honest professional opinion to make sure I was happy with everything. Heads up: when you get to the plaza, he’s located in the back of the NY Gold Exchange, so just keep an eye out. The space is clean and nicely set up though. I’ll definitely be back!
Im more than happy with my grill. I have a gap that I'm self conscious about and I was worried how it would look. I was pleasantly surprised to open the box and see they added a gap cover! I ordered Dec. 9th, got the molds on Dec. 16th. I expected a longer delay because of the holidays, but they did 2 day shipping And I received them Jan.8th. Clear communication, very helpful. I will see yall again soon for my bottoms. Thanks!
