Gold Industrial Machinery was incredibly helpful when I was looking for some equipment for my school. I have interacted with them for over five years and have never had an issue with them. They have been very knowledgeable and honest. I don’t understand some of the other reviews.

This is a very bad business. I order an Air Dryer from them. The sale man "G." told me that the order should take 6-8 weeks lead time. That OK, I send him a PO on Dec 20, 2017. I follow up with him on my order on Feb 14th and guess what, he forgot to submit my order. Then it when up to higher. The Controller's lady, "R", she confirmed with an invoice that my order went through with the Manufactory on Feb 15th, 2017. I really need my Air Dryer machine, even those I randomly email reminded her that I need the Machine for my production. Today May 16th, 2017, three months later, I still not have my order. Please don't waste your time and money here. Find someone else.

I purchased a Durston Rolling Mill for jewelry making and metalsmithing (To use with Non-ferous metals) and the company was fantastic! Linda, the office/book keeper was a pleasure to work with and helped every step of the way. As always, freight delivery is tricky and frustrating, but this has to do with the freight company, not Gold Machinery Co. The Rolling Mill was brand new, came correctly packaged and much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Thank you for a great experience!

After buying a used Milling Machine from this UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST Company and getting it home by Freight delivery, I found out that the Spindle would not work without extreme force being applied and also because of this, the power feed would only work when the spindle was down and somewhat looser but not right. After contacting Craig Davis at Gold Machinery he said the Mill was damaged in shipping. I advised him there was no apparent damage to the Mill and the shipping packaging was in good shape also. They had me try a few things that didn't work and they advised me that I would have to dismantle the 200lb.+ Head Assembly from the Mill, Crate it, find a shipper and arrainge shipping and I would have to pay a local company with a forklift $50.00 to load and $50.00 to unload when returned.That's $100.00 load and unload Appx. $300.00 shipping or more and several Hours of my time doing all this for a Machine they said was checked out and in good operating condition before shipping. And by the way, financially all my responsibility. I had a professional Machine Rebuilder come and fix it ( at a discounted price as he was in the area on another job) which cost $1000.00. Gold offered $500.00 as a settlement and I said NO, you owe me $1000.00 to wit they said no. Gold Machinery STINKS! Stay far away. Letter below from EXPERT MACHINE REPAIRMAN with details basically telling Gold that they did not go over this Machine before shipping the Machine as they said they did and also found things installed wrong and upside down. Don't waste your time and money at this joke of a Company! They wouldn't let me post a link to see letter so just Google Besmer Machinery and check his impressive Credentials knowing he told them that they did not go over this mill before shipping. Therefore, in my opinion, THEY RIPPED ME OFF! By the way, when I talked to Mr. Gold about reimbusment he told me that he would had authorized them paying shipping both ways. That's NOT what I was told by C. Davis when we were talking before I had the Mill repaired by Besmer Machinery. So after the fact they want to try to look like good guys.(don't buy it). 4 pages of repair Report in photo's below. Sorry, they are not in order but have pages numbered. I made my first of many purchases that I will continue doing from Gold Machinery. I worked with Craig and can not express my gratitude and appreciation for his work, kindness and honesty enough. I will always recommend them to any one I know in look out for tools and machines. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. Thank you Craig and the whole team at Gold machinery. 2000+ pounds machine was packed like a small package with great care and protection. You guys the best.
