Don't be fooled. This isn't a store. All business is done online. Almost certain 90 percent of there products are drop shipped from other people.

I have made numerous orders with this company but will not be making any in the future. There were issues with both of my last two orders. And each time, the process to resolve the issues led to such ridiculous requests from them. For example, with the last order a $50 plastic riser shelf arrived broken. I had already gotten rid of the packaging. In dealing with this, Lars (their customer service) essentially threatened to not refund that amount since I didn't save the packaging, which would somehow prove something?? Even though the item was clearly snapped in half with pictures sent. The issue was actually that the box was packed too tightly, not that the box was damaged. The point is, the customer service process to resolve an issue is just far outside of what a reasonable customer would expect. The pricing is also very expensive reflective of the product, which simply does not align with the customer service. I would avoid making any large orders because you are likely going to have an issue with part of it and then fight to get it resolved. ***Additional review added in response to owners reply- I did not receive a replacement as you mentioned, I received a refund as it seemed you weren’t willing to pay shipping to send the replacement. Also, this item was not damaged by UPS or the shipping carrier - there were too many items packed too tightly. Instead of accepting responsibility or trying to make it right, you made it seem as if I was somehow in the wrong. And since you seemed again to provide poor customer service with your reply, I will just add another example of your customer service to this review: A separate issue occurred where I ordered an item that I had previously ordered and what I received was different. When I inquired as to why - the explanation I was given was it was out of their control as the manufacturer changed the item. Well, you could have said something along those lines before the order was placed or updated the website info/photo to reflect this. Additionally the website photo did not reflect the updated item when I placed the order but the photo conveniently got updated when I lodged a complaint. There was not attempt to apologize or care about this in anyway. This seemed deceitful to me.
