Mega Pawn has been honest, fair, and extremely understanding. I fell behind on multiple payments after I trusted them with many high value items of mine. They had every legal right to sell my items, charge interest, and heavy fees but they didn’t. They listened to my situation and held my items so I was able to come in, pay everything in full, and get all my items back.

Easily my new favorite store. Clean, safe, and secure. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. They sold me an x box S for way cheaper than other shops were asking. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely be going back.
Needed a short loan and everyone at Mega Pawn made sure to make it happen! Very nice, answered all my annoying questions without an attitude and didn't rip me off for my gold!! Even asked to adjust my loan the next day and they did it without hesitation! Thank you Pola, Olivia, Brad or Brandon(Vinnys Son) and thank you Vinny for asking my questions on messenger!!
