Alex was extremely professional and definitely customer service minded, something you don't see much these days! He even answered the phone about 20 minutes before the google listed closing time, which may not seem important but you'd be surprised how many other business pages on google aren't correct, something that simple and quick to update but largely overlooked and very appreciated by this customer!
