Very kind and honest gentlemen. Really appreciate his honesty and making it easy to get rid of jewelry that no longer had value to us. Market rates are what they are and there isn’t much any individual store can do about that so do your research ahead of time if you have high expectations but we appreciate the gentlemen’s honesty and not pressing us to settle for a realistic offer in this market.
I inherited quite a bit of gold/diamond jewelry but was not interested in keeping any of the items. Stopped into LVGE and wow!!! Mark was awesome...Ace is a pretty cool dude as well 😊 I had a lot of questions and Mark very patiently explained everything step by step. Went here to sell my gold jewelry and the woman offered me 40 bucks. She either doesn’t know what she’s doing or tried to rip me off. Went to competitor and got $280. I could not believe it as I have sold jewelry a few times this year as I am renovating my house and every little bit helps. Go elsewhere if you want the best price. I am still shocked by the lowball offer when gold is up now.
I visited this business yesterday. It was my first time and I had some gold, silver, etc. to sell. I was extremely surprised by how interesting the process of exchanging jewelry, etc. is. Mark and Jerry were running the business and Mark's dog, Ace was on location too. Mark and Jerry were extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and full of interesting facts.
