This was a nice little shop that my fiance and I visited while we were in town for a concert. The owners let us know that if we needed help finding anything just ask. We got some incense sticks and cones, an incense holder, a little candle holder, and some tarot cards. The gentleman that checked us out talked to us about what brought us to town. Overall it was a great experience.
This little store offers so much more than occult items. They are very knowledgeable about herbs and have helped me dramatically with some of my ailments especially my unbearable knee pain. They have many beautiful gifts for people in the LGBTQ community which I was grateful to be able to find. They really care about their customers and will bend over backwards to help you find what you need.
If I could leave Hocus Pocus in Oakland 100 stars, I would. They have absolutely everything from a beautiful selection of herbs, crystals, candles, and tarot/ oracle deck. The owner is full of knowledge and one of the kindest people. This shop is filled with beautiful selections, and great energy. The days my wife and I get to come here are our favorite days.
