Family ran business owned by a son with a Ton of Tenacity and Determination for success! I would recommend these guys for any coin or gold/silver/Numismatic enthusiast that wants to be treated fairly. Pops is one of the coolest people I've ever talked to in this industry, not to mention they all know their stuff. Truly inviting and organized atmosphere for the service they offer. The owner has come a long way in PR since he opened as well! I've been dealing with coin shops, gold and silver shops for 20+ years I give these guys a 9.99 out of 10. (10 would mean they gave me my first Million ;) )

I liked these guys at first, very friendly, I was buying “scrap bin” silver jewelry from them at spot. They offered to buy the same kind of material for a little less than spot price, which was very fair. I was in once a week either buying or selling, either way giving them business. I got into a bind, I needed to sell, I was kind of surprised when he gouged me on both sides of the deal knowing that I was in a bind, offering significantly less than market value, making tons off me when I purchased and doubling that when I needed to sell some of it back. I get that you need to make money, but so do I. This was a trusted investment and I’m getting ripped off because someone wants to take advantage of a novice collector. I’m not an expert, this is new to me. Making purchases online through eBay has left me with rubbish that i think is real because it’s sold to me as real….when I go to sell it, it gets thrown back at me as if I’m a con artist trying to scam a jewelry shop into purchasing a fake. You guys are the experts, I paid more for it than you did.. last time I was at the shop, i was forced to “buyback” an item that ended up being fake that I sold from the previous visit. it was rude and embarrassing with other customers in the store, the gentleman was clearly aggravated and accusing me of trying to rip him off on a $30 dollar item. At the same time he’s making double money off me regardless. That was bad business if you ask me, that jewelry looked real to you too, we both got fooled, and I paid 3 times for it now, how is that reasonable? I paid for it online, got less that I paid when selling, and then had it shoved back in my hands aggressively and I had to pay for it again. Bull. I’m not writing this to deter people, this was a good relationship, but I’m left feeling the same way I do with eBay purchases, just another opportunist waiting to pounce on the naive or desperate. I appreciated their efforts in the past. It seems like neither one of us wants to do business which is unfortunate.

This is where you want to buy your gold and silver. Best prices in town. I’ve never had a single bad experience ever. You have to come regularly as their inventory is always changing. Again, buy all your metals here. Love these guys.
