Called to get rings fixed at Borger’s - engagement ring re-pronged and a stone to be set in another ring. Jeff is top notch! Explains everything, quick turn around, great customer service! I had a great experience at Borger's Rare Coins GOLD & SILVER Exchange. Jeff was willing to meet me at the shop at 7:30 pm so he could appraise my gold bar before the holidays, which I truly appreciated. He was lovely to work with, had a great sense of humor, and was very honest and transparent about the exchange process. He offered $200 under spot price, which I felt was a very fair deal, especially with the added bonus of completing the exchange face to face and walking away with cash the same day. You can tell Jeff genuinely loves what he does. He’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and he clearly values building trust and strong rapport with everyone who walks into his shop.
