So far I haven’t had anything negative to say about this site. My advice to anybody saying this is a scam is to call the company and order. This way you can cancel the subscription as soon as you order. That’s what I did and I haven’t been charged for anything I didn’t want. Good company very courteous on the phone. They didn’t even try to up sell me. He was only focused on what I wanted to purchase.
I think it’s a scam! They say my Mother ordered (she is elderly & in a care facility) & she sent a check but they included a 2nd coin & she needs to pay for it now. She doesn’t have checks. She never received anything from this company & my calls to them have not been able to resolve the issue. I asked for a supervisor… NOT available. Phone person is NOT in USA. Beware! The way they operate is infuriating! They should never send someone something without payment in advance, something that was NOT ordered. They take advantage & use tricks then are not available/ able to fix.

I ordered 1 coin, paid for it and got a huge box with another coin and a wooden box. Saying I owed them $137.10. I sent everything back and will never order another thing from these scammers!
This company is a scam. My mother bought a gold coin for $130 and gave it to me as a gift. Suspecting this company was a scam, I opened the plastic cover and removed the ‘coin’ and it was a piece of paper. I called customer service and the miserable employee was surprised it was paper and told me a refund had been issued to her card. The purchase was unfortunately made by personal check. THIS COMPANY PREYS ON THE ELDERLY. It’s a scam. THE PRODUCTS ARE WORTHLESS. Do not buy from this disgusting company. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM !
