I'd never sold gold or jewelry before and visited a few shops before this one. In all of them I pretended not to know the value of my product (which is easy to calculate if you know the KT and the weight of what you're selling. Also there are online calculators). This was the only place that offered at least 80% of its value which is AMAZING for street selling. All the other shops before this one offered me only half of what he offered. 100% recommend it. People were nice enough. I walked in with a diamond bridal set. The gentleman looked at the item and told me that it was only worth $40 and if I was expecting any more than that I should "forget about it". I politely, gathered my items, thanked him for his time, and left. What I did not share with the man is that I had shopped the ring around and at every other establishment, was quoted a sell price between $150 and $200.
