He doesn't buy silver.

I was nervous about going to sell some gold. After meeting I was completely confident in my transaction. I learned a lot and was treated with respect. I highly recommend this business. Wonderful customer service. Knowledgeable and professional! Five gold stars!

I went to sell some gold to this man and he was the most cold and unwelcoming man I've ever done business with. He rudely accused me of having "costume jewelry" and once he realized a couple of the items were in fact gold he threw them on the scale and offered me 30 cents on the dollar for the cost per gram of gold. I understand overhead and the costs of running a business, however, if you're going to offer pawn store rates as a gold buyer you may need to smell your finger again. It certainly isn't gold. Would never recommend this blatantly religious store to anyone.

My friend was trying to find out if gold finger had gotten her ring in to he place cause it had gotten stolen from her house, he would not help say all had explained that we didn’t want to involve the cops and she told him that she wasn’t wanting it back she just wanted to verify the store. And all he could think to say to us was that he had ridden himself of all kinds of people like that and without a picture, he can’t help her she was trying to give him a description of it, but it sounds like unless you get the cops involved he isn’t gonna to help you at all. You would think that he would want somebody to have their stolen stuff back. I don’t believe that even if you offer to pay him for what ever he paid for it. YI know that personally I have bought stuff that I knew belong to someone else and have bought it and gave it back to the proper owner never involved the police. You can tell right out of the very beginning of the conversation that he wasn’t going to help at all first thing end of his mouth was do you got a picture but without a picture I can’t tell you we explained that we don’t have a picture but she could describe it to him and nope nope nope he wasn’t willing to even try even though we told him that she wasn’t wanting it back. She was just wanting to verify a story so she would know not to let these people in her house again.

He was very sweet to me and my wife and fair with her and my kids loved him he was and is a very nice and sweet/fair person to do business with we will definitely will be back

He listens to us when we have questions or don’t understand something and takes the time to explain things to us. He takes great care in making sure that he answers all of our questions.He is very professional and has a friendly demeanor that makes you feel welcomed. In conclusion, I have done business with the other local gold buyers, and I highly recommend Goldfinger.
