Just bought a silver 5 ounce bullion here at Eugene Coin & Jewelry the other day and the premium was $3-$4 an ounce above spot at the time, which I guess wasn't to bad. Last year I bought a bunch of silver 🥈 and a little gold 🥇 to compliment my stack a bit better!! They have a very good selection of silver and gold coins of various denominations, countries, and also numismatic in different grades! They also have junk/constitutional/90% , pre 1965 silver US coins there...
