Then, like divine timing, this pawn shop had just received the DVD that very day. I called, and they didn’t hesitate to hold it for me. When I showed up, not only did they have it waiting, but the owner looked at me, smiled, and said, “You can just take it.” Who does that anymore?! It wasn’t just customer service — it was genuine kindness. In a world that often feels rushed and transactional, this place reminded me that there are still people who care more about people than profit. I left not just with the movie we needed, but with a full heart. 10/10 recommend — not just for what they sell, but for who they are. They truly are humans trying to make the community a better place! :)

Amazing customer service helped work out a deal on an amazing bass I wanted really bad. Jeremy was directly who I worked with. Brian was also super helpful and friendly talking to me for a while.

This is a great place, and the people working there are top notch. I use them as my local FFL for online purchases that require such a thing, and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I recently stopped in just to browse their inventory and was recognized even though I had only been in a few times previously, and not for several months. After talking a bit, Brad gave me a discount on a rifle I expressed some interest in. When I asked if he had any recommendations for another shop to get case for storage/transportation, he told me a few good local places, but then said, "Hang on a sec" and disappeared into the back room briefly. He came back out with a nice hardcase and tossed it in for free! Friendly, knowledgeable staff with no-pressure sales, and a bright, clean, welcoming store. I'd recommend Elite Buyers with zero hesitation for anyone wanting buy or sell, or who needs a local dealer with an FFL.
